We all know that milk is good for us but do we know why? One 200ml glass of milk is bursting full of vitamins and minerals and the list below shows some of these vitamins & minerals and what they do for our bodies.

*(Although vitamin D is not found in milk (it comes from Sunlight!), you need Vitamin D to help you absorb calcium into your body.)
