Logistics Supervisors
Manchester Depot
Working as part of the Supervisory team, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective daily milk supply reaches many of the leading supermarkets and varied convenience stores. You will be an experienced supervisor with first line management experience within the FMCG sector. Responsibilities will include the achievement of Key Performance Indicators and continuous improvement through motivating and developing your team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, efficient, customer focused, flexible and a team worker.
These positions are hourly paid and applicants will work 5 out of 7 days, on a rota shift basis.
All positions are permanent and attract the following benefits –
•competitive rates of pay
•25 days holiday plus 8 days public holiday & service related holidays
•time and a half for Saturday working
•double time for Sunday working
•an unsociable hours premium of 23% between 6pm and 4am
•overtime rates after the basic 39 hours
•Company pension scheme

Learning & Development IT Systems Trainer Midlands- Temporary
Droitwich Dairy
The IT team within L & D is currently going through a period of significant change in terms of its structure and how IT training is delivered to the business. We are currently looking to recruit a Temporary Learning & Development IT Systems Trainer for the Midlands Region on a 12 month contract.
As a key member of the L&D team you will contribute to that change, and the continued success of the business, by designing and delivering high quality, relevant and needs based IT training using a variety of training methods including e-learning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Systems Training with previous knowledge of testing new developed software and administering the project through to delivery.
You will also be required to train a large variety of people at sites across the Group and your desire to develop people alongside your talent for planning and organising, self discipline and self motivation will be fundamental to succeeding in this role.
Ideally you should :
•Be able to present to small or large working groups, using training methods to increase retention of information presented.
•Have working knowledge of Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Domino.Doc, and AS400.
•Have ability to own projects and accomplish deliverables.
•Relevant IT Training Qualifications.
•Be flexible, motivated with an enthusiastic approach.
•Able to commit to overnight stays.
•Be looking to develop a career in L&D.
•Be focused on continuous improvement.
•Team worker.
•Full driving licence.

Working in a fast moving, quality driven and chilled environment, you will be a member of the operative team. The main responsibilties of these/this position(s) being to ensure the filling levels, containers, labels, caps, codes and heat seals are of a high quality. You will record appropriate production figures and any issues which may occur. The successful candidate should be self efficient, flexible and a team worker.
