Time and Attendance Administrator
Head Office East Kilbride
Working for the Personnel Systems Support Manager at our Head Office, East Kilbride the main responsibilities of the Time & Attendance Systems Administrator role are –
• to take responsibility for the day to day management of the system. For example shift rota programming and checking, data input, monitoring and updating time and attendance information on the SMART system and providing a point of contact for system queries, may not be able to answer them but to take details to pass on.
• produce a variety of management information reports to system users and senior management on topics such as absence, lateness, overtime.
• liaise with and support the various users across the sites in addition to departments such as Payroll, Information Technology and Personnel.
• system configuration, testing and implementation of standard and bespoke software upgrades
• compile training / guidance documents for users that refer to any new system functionality / enhancements following an upgrade or a change in Company pay rules
• ability to develop and sustain excellent working relationships with Information Technology, Payroll and the external software partners
• as the candidate develops their skills and knowledge of the system there will be the opportunity to delivery training to the system users at our sites across the Group
The ideal candidate for the role should have -
• knowledge of time and attendance and payroll systems is desirable for this role and good Excel and Word skills are essential as the reports and information guides are compiled in Excel and Word
• have experience of Time & Attendance Systems upgrades, testing, configuration
• be able to present to small or large working groups, using training methods to increase retention of information presented
• have ability to own projects and accomplish deliverables
• a logical approach to problem solving and system programming with an ability to apply attention to detail
• be flexible, motivated with an enthusiastic approach
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Whilst the position is based at East Kilbride to allow the successful individual to develop and progress in the role travelling and overnight stays will be essential during the working week. Candidates should be in possession of a full driving licence.

Production Team leader
Bridgwater Dairy
Working at our Bridgwater Dairy this key role will provide support to the Production Management Team, taking responsibility for the daily operations of the production hall and ensuring planned outputs are achieved at the correct quantity and quality. Training within all aspects of this role will be provided.
This position is hourly paid and applicants will work 5 out of 7 days, on a rota shift basis.
This position is permanent and attracts the following benefits –
• competitive rates of pay
• 25 days holiday plus 8 days public holiday & service related holidays
• time and a half for Saturday working
• double time for Sunday working
• an unsociable hours premium of 23% between 6pm and 4am
